Design Programming.

Production and management of the design programme from project inception to construction phase. Integration with the overall development programme to ensure key milestones are achieved.

 

Contract Administration.

Administration of consultant progress claims and variations to ensure cash flow forecasts are achieved and claims are within budget.

Consultant Procurement.

Preparation of consultant request for tender, scope of services, completion of tender assessment and recommendations and management of contract execution with preferred consultant.

 

Design Team Meetings.

Chair and minuting of all Design Team Meetings, Design Workshops and Client meetings. Closing actions as agreed and setting agends for key issues that require resolution.

 

Progress Reporting.

Weekly reporting of the key design issues and progress on deliverables against the design programme. Production of monthly reports for the Client review.

 

Cost Planning Review.

Design and cost planning reviews to ensure compliance with the Client cost plan and budget. Advice on strategies to reduce cost where needed through value engineering and optimisation.
