Who We Are.
Solis Projects was created by Gabrielle and Adrian Dunnett, who share a passion for their industry, and the Sunshine Coast. Together they have a combined 20 years experience on major construction and development projects in Australia and London. Solis Projects offers Design, Project and Construction Management services to local and interstate Developers and Contractors.
Gabrielle Dunnett.
Gabrielle is the lead for Design Management at Solis and holds a Bachelor of Engineering backed by years of Design Management experience in both Development and Main Contractor roles in Residential, Retail, Hotel and Build to Rent sectors. Gabrielle manages the end to end design process from masterplanning through to construction and drives outcomes to ensure the design is delivered on time and within budget.
Adrian Dunnett.
Adrian leads the Construction and Project Management services for Solis and has a Bachelor of Design, Bachelor of Construction Management and a Diploma of Management. Adrian has experience across a broad range of project types and sizes having delivered complex projects from under $100 thousand value up to over $1 billion.
